Story behind the song
In 1972 little old me was born, the same year the first computer game came out, it was called “Pong”
From there on I saw the Commodore 64 come to life, it was very fascinating to me, how can a cassette tape play games? Remember Paperboy, I had a Love/hate relationship with that game
Then the Atari was in my sights, with Frogger, Astroids, Pitfall, I get so nostalgic thinking about those simpler times
Then Nintendo NES came along, It was the first console I bought from my own pocket money
Then the consoles started being produced everywhere Sega, Atari, Nintendo, Gameboy, Playstation, Famicom, Xbox and so on
And now we are in a time where being a Gamer is even a fulltime job, Streamers on Twitch, Youtube, It’s still as populair as it was when the first game console came out
And I am very proud to call myself a Gamer, this song I made is for all the gamers out there, GAMER FOR LIFE!
